Access to the Private Pages of the Ingleby Family Web Site is restricted to people who have established a direct connection to the family line, have contributed to the family research, and have satisfied the current membership of their identity.
The restriction exists to protect the privacy of living people who have contributed the details of their family research to a collaborative effort to document the Ingleby Family.
We will endeavor to assist any genuine request for assistance with family research on the periphery of the Ingleby Family, such as women marrying in or out of the Ingleby Family, even if that request does not come from an Ingleby.
While there is no formal process to join our group, chatting with the members of our group at our Facebook group, Ingleby Family Reasearch, is certainly a good place to start.
The following points will assist a request for access to the Private Pages.
Be able to establish a direct line of descent from an Ingleby listed in the Public Index.
Be able to provide new names for, or new details for existing names in, the Public Index.
Be prepared to provide evidence of your identity.
